We offer free returns and free exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery. The packaging must not be damaged or opened, seals and tags must be intact, and the item is not worn, washed or altered.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@alphafitness.com.sg with your order number, amount paid, date of order, payment mode and reason(s) for cancellation. For exchanges, do let us know which item you would like to exchange it for.

Upon acceptance/acknowledgement of the returned item, please allow us 5 business days for the refund to be credited into your bank account. If the 5 days are up and the credit has not been applied yet, please check with your bank first before contacting us at sales@alphafitness.com.sg

We reserve the right to make the final decision on return requests.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 1 year warranty on all our products for any manufacturer defect. If any manufacturer defect is found, we will make it right for you at our own cost. This warranty policy does not cover wear and tear that is the natural result of prolonged use of our product over time.
