Abs, Butt, Thigh
Every Monday, 9 – 10 am

This Abs, Butt, Thigh (ABT) class focuses on your lower body as well as your core through a combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises to target common problem areas. This class delivers an intense regime that is designed to yield results.
Fat Burn Circuit
Every Monday, 5 – 6 pm
Every Friday, 9 – 10 am
Fat Burn Circuit: Fat Burn Circuit training involves grouping exercises together and cycling through them, repeating the exercises at least once. A circuit will generally include a combination of high-intensity resistance exercises and a cardio-based exercise to elevate your heart rate. You then either complete a number of repetitions of each exercise in the circuit or you perform the exercise for an allotted time period, before moving on to the next.
Circuit training can be such a versatile way of working out, it definitely help so many people to get the results they want from training.

Fit Tabata: Fit Tabata offers short bursts of peak effort using the formula of a work/rest ratio of 2:1. The class includes alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise. They have even shorter, less-intense recovery periods. With a variety of exercises and methods for this training, you’ll always be targeting major muscle groups for a whole body workout.
Tabata is a highly popular exercise for those who are looking for a fast, simple workout. It’s ideal for those who wish to improve their cardiovascular and muscular strength.

Strong Nation: A new concept in instructor lead fitness training and weight loss exercising. The first of its kind a maximal intensity workout with no dictated rest periods. This program will help you to gain functional speed, power and strength!
HIIT + ABS
Every Wednesday, 9 – 10 am
HIIT + ABS: This quick and convenient class gets the heart rate going with high-intensity cardio movement bursts followed by a period of active recovery. Finish off the workout by honing in on the core, targeting the abdominal and oblique muscles to help with balance, stabilization, and strengthening our back.

Power HIIT comprises of power movements which require speed and momentum with a mix of martial art elements such as kicks and punches. This workout helps you to achieve strong and tone physique.
No Repeat HIIT
Every Thursday, 10 – 11 am
This No Repeat HIIT workout will target all the major muscle groups with different exercises that you only have to perform one time each! Let’s start building strength and endurance with this total body workout!

Cardio HIIT: Our Cardio HIIT workout incorporates a mixture of bodyweight training and cardiovascular movements. Join this heart pumping workout and feel the burn during and after the session. Let’s HIIT it!

Full Body HIIT: Full Body HIIT is an intense full body workout that pushes you to your limit using just your body weight. This workout gets your heart pumping and have you breaking a sweat in no time
