By accessing alphafitness.com.sg, you warrant and represent to Alpha Fitness that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

Trademarks

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Alpha Fitness. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of Alpha Fitness.

Billing

When you place an order through the website, you acknowledge that your are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. You acknowledge that all information provided is true and accurate and you have the authorisation to use the chosen method of payment.

Product prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) on the website. GST is included in the price. The prices displayed exclude delivery costs which may be added on to your order. Any additional delivery charges will be displayed on the checkout page right before payment.

Payment options are displayed in the checkout page. For credit and debit card transactions, they are processed using Secure Socket Layer technology and payments are processed by Stripe.

You are responsible to check if there are enough funds to make the purchase. We reserve the right to reject orders, especially if we deem it a high risk transaction. We are not responsible for any additional fee imposed by your card issuer or any exchange rate fees levied by your card issuer or bank.

The parties agree that the Singaporean courts located in Singapore, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
